Elvira VOLOSHIN has an extensive proven experience, of over 20 years, within the Global market as an International Business Development & marketing specialist for leading global corporates at the Food, Beverage and Food-Tech sector.

Elvira is based in Tel-Aviv – the heart of the Start-up nation- and acts as an advisor for Food-Tech and Health-Tech Start-ups in Israel in areas such as new Business development, Global corporate branding, Food Trends, New product development, Innovation projects, Market penetration and Regulatory advice in foreign markets.

She has an extensive knowledge of the innovation system in Israel (public and private) and she also helps foreign corporates to develop their own innovation strategies by
co-innovating and co-investing with players globally.

Elvira holds a B.A in Political Science and History of the Middle East from Tel-Aviv University and an Executive Education Program from Coller School of Management (Tel-Aviv University)

At present, she is an Associate Partner of Axperia Ventures, in Israel.
