Fangxin LIN
(B.A, M.A)Since August 2024, Fangxin has been an Associate Partner at Axperia Ventures in Madrid, where she collaborates on creating investment opportunities and developing global strategies between the EU and China.
Previously to this position, she has worked as an International Account Manager for NewCom Horizons in Madrid, managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, including the electric car brand BYD and Mallorca Tourism. In this role, she has developed new business and strengthened global partnerships, analyzed client needs, and presented projects through strategic meetings. Her work also involves planning and executing advertising campaigns across all platforms, as well as coordinating with international agencies and media channels.
In France, Fangxin worked as an International Media Consultant for IPG Mediabrands, managing a portfolio of key accounts in diverse sectors, including brands such as Amazon, American Express, Patek Philippe, and H&M. She was responsible for crafting media strategies and plans, managing both print and digital campaigns in international markets, and handling media buying and negotiations with publishers.
She also served as an International Media Planner at Wavemaker France, where she developed international media strategies for LVMH’s luxury brands. Her responsibilities included building media plans, negotiating with advertising agencies, and analyzing and tracking media investments. Additionally, she provided consulting for brand development in Asia, assisting these brands in strengthening their presence in Eastern markets.
Fangxin worked for Alcatel-Lucent in France as an International Marketing Coordinator, where she coordinated international projects and was responsible for implementing global marketing campaigns.
Previously, she held the role of Marketing Communication Assistant at Aéroports De Paris, executing marketing and communication campaigns and collaborating with advertising agencies to enhance the company’s image.
Fangxin is known for her deep understanding of both Western and Eastern cultures, which allows her to secure profitable and sustainable collaborations. She is a multilingual professional, native in Chinese, fluent in English and French, and proficient in Spanish. Her ability to navigate different cultural and linguistic environments enables her to provide tailored solutions that meet her clients’ specific needs. In her role, Fangxin focuses on key areas such as digital marketing, brand development, media planning and buying, as well as coordinating and negotiating international projects. Her expertise encompasses comprehensive brand content management and strategic data use to maximize the impact of campaigns in global markets. Fangxin Lin is highly regarded for her ability to bridge cultures and markets, creating effective connections between East and West.
Fangxin Lin earned a Master’s degree in Communication from the Paris School of Business, where she developed skills in marketing, commercial strategies, and international negotiations. She also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communication at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle of Paris and holds a DUT in Information and Communication from IUT de Caen, Normandy in France.
